Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Fee paid in advance are protected.
  • Students may complete a cancellation of enrollment or refund request form upto 5 business days prior to the scheduled commencement of the course and receive refund of 40% of the paid amount.
  • Cancellation of enrollment less than 5 business days prior to the scheduled commencement date or after the course begins will not entitle to any refund.
  • Request for cancellation should be sent via email or cancellation request form should be duly filled and signed by the candidate.
  • ITIE Academy do not offer refunds on or after commencement of the course.
  • Students who fail to attend or complete training and assessment will not be entitled to any refund or credit.
  • Online courses offered by  ITIE Academy does not entitle for any refund.
  • However, Refund or Credit requests with exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the training officer.
