Embedded System Design using DSP Processor – Workshp at COEP Pune

Sanjeev Kubakaddi, Director, Integrated Technologies for Industry and Education Bangalore was invited to deliver few embedded_system_design_using_DSP_Dr. Uttamsessions on fundamentals of Digital Signal Processing and some of the practical applications of DSPs during AICTE Sponsored Two Weeks (May 20 ~ May 31, 2013) Faculty Development programme entitled “Embedded System Design using DSP” at Department of Instrumentation and Control, College of Engineering Pune. He has conducted first two and half day’s session during the programme. During his sessions he has focused on Introduction and visualization of frequency / signals / systems, Convolution and Correlation, Transforms LT, FT, Wavelets , Digital filters theory, Finite Impulse Response filters (FIR), Infinite Impulse Response filters (IIR), MATLAB / LabVIEW for DSP, DSP hands on using DSP / LabVIEW. The way he has taught the concept of DSP, the candidate who was novice or experienced has understood the concepts of DSPs and applications very well. Mr. Sanjeev’s teaching skills are awesome and he teaches the concept in logical sequence and lucid manner. More than fifty participants from various states that include Orissa, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh in addition to faculty and students participation across the breath of maharashta have attended the faculty development programme entitled “Embedded System Design using DSP”.  During the programme majority of the participants has given feedback as Mr. Sanjeev’s sessions were the strengths of the faculty development programme.  Mr. Sanjeev is excellent hard core teacher, knowledgeable person, expert in the field of Embedded System, and soft spoken personality.
